This is controversial but there need be no contradiction between having free will and having an omniscient being exist. It derives from the idea that if time is completely known, then we have no choice. The difference is that WE are not omniscient, therefore, we have choice from our perspective, even if the omniscient being knows everything. From its point of view, everything is decided, whereas from our point of view, everything is up in the air. --MathPoet 15:47, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
