Paradoxology

This is a tricky one. I say that the fundamental principle is to do the impossible. Yet doing the impossible is exactly a quality attributable to God, in my opinion. What's really at stake is the ability of God to create whatever God chooses to create, not God's omnipotence. Therefore, God can make a rock so heavy that God can't lift it, and by a miracle of its creation, God can lift it! The impossibility lies in putting a limit upon God's ability to create and God transcending that limit. The only resolution I see is to have God create and lift what God cannot create and lift and classify the situation as a miracle. This is probably not a satisfactory resolution for some.... --MathPoet 15:35, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
